Information we collect:
When you place an order, contact us, create an account or subscribe to email, we may receive your name, email address, shipping/billing details, order selections, messages and account information. Payment providers handle payment information through checkout; do not send full card details by email. We do not receive your full card number.
The website also processes technical information such as IP address, browser/device information and page interactions through website operation and any enabled analytics or advertising tools. Cookies and similar technologies may be used as explained below. We collect only the information relevant to the enabled services and your interaction with them.
How information is used:
We use relevant information to process payments and orders, arrange production and shipping, communicate about purchases, provide support, protect the website against misuse, maintain required business records and improve the store. If you subscribe or otherwise lawfully agree to receive marketing, we use your contact information to send the messages you requested. An order does not require you to subscribe to marketing.
Where local law requires a legal basis for processing, we rely on the appropriate basis for each purpose: performing our contract with you (orders, payment, support), complying with legal obligations (tax and records), our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the store, and consent where we ask for it, such as optional marketing.
Who receives information:
We use Wix to operate the website and its store and email sign-up features. Relevant order information is shared with the print-on-demand fulfillment partner that produces the item and with carriers to deliver your purchase. Payment processing uses the payment methods available at checkout. No third-party analytics, advertising or other marketing tools were enabled on the website as of October 2, 2026; this notice will be updated before any are added.
We may disclose information to meet a legal requirement, protect rights and security, or administer a lawful business transfer with appropriate safeguards. We do not use customer submissions or photos in public promotions without an appropriate permission.
Cookies, analytics and advertising choices:
Necessary technologies support functions such as security, cart and checkout. No optional analytics or advertising technologies were enabled on the website as of October 2, 2026. If we enable any in the future, this notice will describe them and, where consent is required, they will remain off until you choose them. Browser controls provide additional options but may affect store functions.
We do not sell personal information, and no advertising tools that disclose personal information for targeted advertising were enabled on the website as of October 2, 2026.
Marketing preferences:
Use the unsubscribe link in a marketing email or email admin@dontbeabump.com to stop marketing messages. We will process requests promptly and within applicable deadlines. Necessary purchase, refund and service messages may still be sent independently of marketing preferences.
Retention and security:
We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, order/support and account needs, marketing preferences, and applicable legal, tax, fraud-prevention or recordkeeping obligations. We delete or anonymize information that is no longer needed for these purposes. We use reasonable organizational and technical measures appropriate to the services we operate. No online system can promise absolute security.
Your privacy requests:
Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive information, restrict or object to certain uses, withdraw consent or opt out of certain disclosures/advertising. Email admin@dontbeabump.com with your request. We will verify identity using information proportionate to the request, explain any applicable exceptions and respond within the relevant legal deadline. Where applicable, we will explain authorized-agent and appeal options. You may also complain to the appropriate privacy regulator.
Children:
We sell some youth apparel, but purchases and account activity are intended to be handled by adults. We do not intend to collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.
International processing:
Service providers may process information in countries outside your location, including the United States, where the store operates and where production and shipping are coordinated. Where local law requires safeguards for international transfers, we rely on the protections required for the enabled services.
