These terms apply to use of this website and orders placed through it, subject to rights that cannot be excluded by law.
Orders and accurate information
You must have legal capacity to make the purchase or have a parent or guardian complete it. Provide accurate contact, delivery and order information. Review the product, measurements, design, size, color, price and final checkout total before submitting payment.
An order confirmation records that we received your order. If an item becomes unavailable, an obvious listing error affects the order, or we cannot reasonably fulfill it, we will contact you. We will not charge you a higher price or substitute a materially different product without your agreement. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the canceled items and associated shipping as appropriate.
Products and fulfillment
Products are made to order. Product descriptions and the Print-on-Demand Product Information page explain relevant fit, decoration and appearance details. Screen displays may differ from physical colors; this does not excuse a materially incorrect or defective product. Our Shipping and Order Changes policy and Returns, Replacements and Refunds policy form part of the information for your purchase.
Prices and promotions
The currency, product price, shipping charge and applicable taxes are shown before payment. Promotion conditions, eligibility and expiry will be disclosed with the offer. A promotion cannot change the terms of an already accepted order unless you agree or law permits it. Future product prices and availability may change.
Website content and customer submissions
Our original branding, designs and content are owned by us or used with permission. Third-party marks and licensed materials remain the property of their respective owners. Do not reproduce our designs commercially without permission.
If you submit custom text, artwork or photos for a product, you must have the rights and permissions needed for that use. You authorize us and the relevant service providers to use that submission only as needed to produce and administer your order. We may decline content that infringes rights or is unlawful. We will obtain separate permission before using a customer's photo or submission in public marketing, unless another lawful permission clearly applies.
To raise an intellectual-property concern, email admin@dontbeabump.com with the page or product URL, an explanation of the rights involved and your contact details. This contact process does not represent that we have registered a designated DMCA agent.
Acceptable use and security
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized account access, submit fraudulent orders, interfere with site operation or publish unlawful material. Keep account credentials secure. We may take reasonable action against misuse, while respecting existing customer orders and applicable law.
Issues and disputes
Please contact us if something is wrong so we can try to resolve it. Contacting us first is encouraged, not a waiver of payment-provider, chargeback, regulatory or legal rights. Our refund and shipping policies explain ordinary resolution steps.
Legal rights and responsibility
Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory warranties, consumer remedies, liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or rights relating to our fraud or intentional misconduct. We do not promise that the website will always be available or free of errors; we will take reasonable steps to correct problems reported to us. Third-party service interruptions do not remove our responsibilities for customer orders under applicable law.
Policy changes
We may update website terms for future use and future orders. We will show the revised effective date. Changes will not retrospectively remove rights attached to an earlier purchase. We will provide additional notice where required by law.
