Confirm specific needs

If someone needs an adapted closure, custom fit or another feature, confirm whether it is actually available before promising it. Standard products should not be called adaptive or sustainable without supporting evidence.

Make the terms visible

Distinguish required uniform items from optional spirit wear. Confirm total cost, ordering/delivery timing and applicable policies. A family should be able to participate in the team without making every optional purchase.
