Can I return something that doesn't fit? | Our items are made to order, so we don't offer ordinary wrong-size or change-of-mind returns. Check the product's garment measurements before ordering. This doesn't affect rights provided by consumer law. |

What if my order is damaged or incorrect? 

Email admin@dontbeabump.com with your order number and photos within 30 days after delivery for an ordinary quality claim. We'll review it and arrange a replacement or appropriate refund for a confirmed issue. Longer mandatory rights still apply. 

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us immediately. We can cancel or change an order only while the fulfillment partner can still stop it. A request isn't confirmation; we'll check the stage and reply with the options. 

When will it arrive? 

Review your item's production and delivery estimate before ordering. Production and transit are separate. Some orders arrive in multiple packages. Contact us before buying for a specific event date.
